What CMS's lists show for Connecticut
CMS's 2027 plan list does not show 18 plans from 6 companies in some Connecticut counties that CMS's 2026 plan list showed them in. CMS reports at least 118,950 people in Connecticut enrolled in those plans as of September 2026. CMS hides enrollment counts of 10 or fewer, so "at least" means the real number can be higher.
Of those, at least 99,421 people are enrolled in counties where their company has no plan listed at all for 2027. Those members would generally need to choose a new plan. For the others, the company still lists other plans in the county, and a member is often moved to another plan with the same company.
For 3 of the 6 companies below, CMS's 2027 plan list still shows other plans from the company in every county named for them. For the other 3, at least one plan has a county where the company has no plan listed. Each company's page shows which plans and counties.

What you can do
- Find the written notice from your plan and read what it says. If you are not sure you have one, call the plan, using the number on your member card, and ask.
- Confirm with the plan which plan you would be in for 2027, and check that the doctors and drugs you use are covered before you decide anything.
- Check your dates. The Annual Enrollment Period generally runs October 15 to December 7, with new coverage starting January 1. People whose plan is not renewing generally get a Special Enrollment Period that runs from December 8 through the end of February. Confirm your own dates with your plan or with us.
- Or talk it through with a licensed agent here: leave your number below or call 855-367-1095. We do not offer every plan, so we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot help with.
Where this comes from, and its limits
This page was built from public CMS files: CMS CY2026 Landscape (Sept 2025 release), CMS CY2027 Landscape (Sept 2026 release), and CMS Monthly Enrollment by Contract/Plan/State/County, Sept 2026. A plan is listed when CMS's 2026 Landscape lists a plan in a county and CMS's 2027 Landscape does not list any segment of that plan there. Member counts are the people CMS reports enrolled in the plan in those counties in September 2026. CMS hides enrollment counts of 10 or fewer, so "at least" means the real number can be higher.
This is what CMS's files show. It is not a notice about any one person's coverage, and CMS can correct or update its files after we built this page. Your plan's written notice is what tells you what is happening to your coverage, so check it and confirm with the plan.

Common questions
If a plan is on this list, will it not be there next year?
Not necessarily, and this page cannot tell you that about your plan. It shows only that CMS's 2027 plan list does not show a plan in a Connecticut county where CMS's 2026 plan list showed it. Plans are sometimes renumbered or replaced, and a company often moves members to another of its plans. The written notice from your plan is what tells you what is happening to your coverage, so check it and confirm with the plan.
When can I choose a different plan?
The Annual Enrollment Period generally runs October 15 to December 7, with new coverage starting January 1. People whose plan is not renewing generally get a Special Enrollment Period that runs from December 8 through the end of February. Check your own dates with your plan or with us.
Who can help me compare my options?

Where do these numbers come from?
CMS CY2026 Landscape (Sept 2025 release), CMS CY2027 Landscape (Sept 2026 release), and CMS Monthly Enrollment by Contract/Plan/State/County, Sept 2026. CMS hides enrollment counts of 10 or fewer, so "at least" means the real number can be higher.
What does this list say about the companies in Connecticut?
Only what CMS's files show. This page lists plans CMS's 2027 plan list does not show in some Connecticut counties. Each company's page says whether CMS's 2027 list still shows other plans from that company in the same counties.
Questions about your 2027 plan are easier by phone.
